I count myself lucky to have worked with many adults, children, teens, families and couples whose paths have crossed mine since I was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1990. I have helped my people learn to manage intrusive anxiety and depression, improve their family communication and connection, and helped to guide them through recognizing their own strength, as well as clarifying their goals and personal boundaries.
